Fake News Part Two

“Who can speak and have it happen if the Lord has not decreed it?”

Help me God! Nothing has ever happened without God decreeing it. Let that sink in. There isn’t a prediction in this world that anyone has made that came to pass without it being decreed by God in Heaven. Do you know what that means?

As Christians we should be able to predict everything that will ever happen. Why? God doesn’t do anything without revealing it to His prophets first. Amos 3:7 says, “Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.”

God said who can speak and have something happen without me authorizing it? If everything that happens is authorized by God and everything that God authorizes is told to His servants, the prophets, we should never be caught off guard. We also shouldn’t be taking our news from the world. We need to start tuning in to God’s channel – His Word.

Let me help you. The blue networks lie, and the red networks lie. It’s all fake news! Furthermore, they only tell you want they want you to hear. God will tell you what He wants you to hear and He never lies. His news is never fake! No word He ever speaks will return void.

Isaiah 55:10-11
“As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.”
