Faith
2 Corinthians 5:7
“For we live by faith, not by sight.”
Enough said! Living by faith requires you to question everything you see with your natural eyes. The open door becomes the door that is unseen not the door that you can see opening. Favor comes by way of the unknown rather than by way of things you can see or control.
This type of living will require you to let God lead you from a realm of the supernatural. If God is operating from the supernatural you can guarantee whatever He chooses to manifest in the natural will not be a down grade of His character. He doesn’t water down His character. When He brings His supernatural into a natural world it will then require the natural to bow down to the supernatural.
Faith will be a supernatural journey, if God is leading it!
It’s not a journey of maps and the execution of 5 and 10-year plans. Humanism tells us we can “plan” a move of God. Narcissism convinces us God will usher in a move of the Spirit from weekend experiences or Easter service “planning meetings.”God tells you to wait, then supernaturally the Spirit falls. It wasn’t planned, it wasn’t fabricated or produced. It was vessels waiting in an upper room. Waiting in faith on the promise that Jesus left with them.
